Reman Compressors

We re-manufacture all makes and models Carrier, Copeland, Trane, York, Bitzer, Bock, Kelvinator, Terry etc from 5 to 140 horse power. All electric motors for our compressors are rewound and surge tested in house to maintain integrity of supply chain and quality assurance.

Our compressors are fully disassembled, cleaned and stripped back to bare metal. All components including body cases, crank shafts and valve plates are visually inspected and measured to tolerance with any non conforming components replaced or machined. All wear items are replaced eg. valves, rings, bearings, conrod bearings, oil pumps, shaft seals etc, cylinder bores and liners honed, crank shafts reground, valve plates surface ground or all are replaced.

All re-manufactured compressors are fitted with rewound motors if applicable and are test run with oil pressure and unloader operation tested, leak tested, evacuated and painted in manufacturers original colours.
Our compressors come pre charged with either mineral or POE oil of the correct or requested specification, or supplied dry sump at the customers request.

We typically hold between 150-250 re-manufactured compressors in stock ready for shipment at any given time.

All electric motors are wound to a higher class H insulation system and are surge tested to 2000 volts. All CE Engineering compressors undergo leak testing and run testing.

Our machining department can provide many services, from fabrication of parts, to custom jigs, to custom compressor frames. We also provide remetalling and welding services, coupling hub machining and any other custom mechanical and machining requirements for any equipment that can be found in a plant room and more.
